Chapman Tripp is New Zealand's pre-eminent law firm. We are offering the opportunity for you to work alongside our catering team in the corporate kitchen, on our Client Floor, which comprises a suite of rooms marketed to clients as a premier facility for conducting business meetings.
This varied and busy role will assist the Caterer with preparation of catering each day and assisting with catering set ups in meeting rooms, and will be responsible for dishwashing, assisting the Corporate Waitpersons to prepare refreshments and deliver to meeting rooms, and maintaining and stocking staff kitchens on our five office floors. You will also ensure the kitchen and its equipment is maintained to a high standard.
We are interested in talking to individuals with a hospitality qualification and/or relevant customer service experience who are seeking the next step in their career. You will have the energy to thrive in a busy, fast paced environment, and will enjoy being able to use your initiative. As it is important to build positive working relationships with all partners and staff, as well as external suppliers and clients, you will also be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Hours required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 12.30pm and Wednesday 9am to 4pm.
