We are looking for an outstanding legal secretary to join our Litigation Team.

This full time, challenging, and varied role provides the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest legal minds in the market, sitting within a busy, yet social and supportive team.  You will provide high quality support services including document production, the management of solicitors’ diaries, client database and incoming/outgoing communications.

You will have previously worked as a secretary in litigation for at least 5 years, and know how to maintain master pleadings files, enter cases into the Court database, create and file court documents, search on-line Companies Office records.
 
This is a busy role where your focus on attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism will be valued; and it goes without saying that you will be a savvy systems user with loads of initiative, and a passion for teamwork.
