IT Trainer (12 months fixed term contract)

We are looking for an experienced IT trainer to manage and present individual and group training courses for the staff and partners in Chapman Tripp’s Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offices.
This challenging and varied role provides the opportunity to work in a busy, yet social and supportive team.  You will provide high quality training to new staff, as well as to existing staff and partners on computer systems. You will also be involved in new software testing and have the opportunity to devise and implement new training programmes.
This role would suit an experienced IT trainer with an in-depth knowledge of the full suite of products in MS Office 2010 Professional, who is looking to increase their skills in a large corporate environment.
Previous experience in a medium to large corporate environment is desirable, and knowledge of the following IT systems would be advantageous: eDOCS, Aderant Expert, Lync, FAST Search, SharePoint and PDF editing tools.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain patient at all times and calm under pressure. You will need to manage multiple priorities, be adaptable, take responsibility for your own work and have the desire to improve IT training for Chapman Tripp. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trainer to gain valuable experience and bring their own creative ideas to IT training.
