We are looking for a legal secretary to join our Auckland Financial Services team.
This challenging and varied role will provide the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest legal minds in the market. You will work with a busy, yet social and supportive team.
You will work with your lawyers to ensure that their practices run efficiently and deliver excellent client service.
You will provide high quality administration and support services including management of solicitors’ diaries, client database and incoming/outgoing communications as well as taking ownership of the billing process.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, first-rate interpersonal skills, and it goes without saying that you will be a savvy systems user with plenty of initiative, and a passion for teamwork.
