WHAT IS FIDELIS?

Fidelis¹ is the name of the internet server which hosts this unique extranet service for Chapman Tripp clients.

Designed for clients who require a substantial and ongoing amount of legal advice, Fidelis is a secure extranet homepage allowing exclusive electronic access to advice we have given. Fidelis is also a portal to our information and research facilities, including links to sites of interest or relevance to client industry sectors.

Through Fidelis, designated client users have exclusive access to a personalised homepage containing:

	Copies of significant legal advice and opinions we have prepared for you; template documents such as your contracts, leases and agreements; and your own property management database.
	A catalogue of Chapman Tripp library resources and research services that will allow you to request copies of articles and other information relevant to your work, as well as connections to useful internet sites to make web browsing easier.

SECURITY

Strict protocols govern the use of Fidelis to minimise the risk of security breaches by unauthorised third parties.

To gain access to Fidelis, users must have a valid logon ID and password. These will be known only to the client and the Chapman Tripp technical administrator of the site. No Fidelis user will be able to see another client's site, or know the identities of other clients who have sites.
