NZVCA releases recommendations to improve New Zealand's regulatory environment

The New Zealand Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NZVCA) has gone through an extensive consultation process to consider improvement in the New Zealand regulatory environment for venture capital and private equity investment.

This report highlights suggested changes which would make New Zealand a better place to do business and lighten regulatory load while maintaining sensible policy settings.The NZVCA would be happy to discuss this report further.
