Nathan specialises in civil litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in contract, company, and insolvency disputes.
He acts for parties on a wide range of general commercial issues and advises insolvency practitioners, creditors, and debtors on matters arising in insolvency contexts.
Nathan is an experienced litigator who frequently appears as counsel in the High Court and has acted on appeals in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He also regularly assists clients with alternative dispute resolution processes.

- Acted for former directors of Mainzeal Property and Construction defending claims for reckless trading and other breaches of directors' duties.
- Representing receivers in proceedings seeking the return of assets held through a complex international corporate structure.
- Assisted the purchasers of a business in successfully defending a breach of contract claim brought by the former owner of the business.
- Assisted the receivers of the Claymark Group in successfully opposing an urgent injunction application seeking to halt a significant transaction.
- Acted for creditors in debt recovery matters, including by way of summary judgment, liquidation, and bankruptcy proceedings.
