Sarah is responsible for Chapman Tripp’s Human Resources services nationally.

She focuses on strategic development of the firm’s HR practices to drive and support sustainable business performance and individual development. Sarah heads a team of HR specialists based in Auckland and Wellington.

Sarah began her career as a lawyer in Chapman Tripp’s Wellington office and has since worked in a number of professional services organisations in New Zealand and London in either legal or human resources roles.
