Bill has acted on:
- the development, subdivision and sale of Auckland’s largest residential greenfield & brownfield land subdivisions, for Landco and the McConnell Group
- AmTrust Pacific on the sale of its portfolio of buildings to Multiplex for $220m, and continuing to act on the development and leasing of Multiplex’s properties
- negotiating project agreements for major wind farm projects for Mighty River Power, and acting on the proposed acquisition of further wind farms, and
- The Warehouse Group on its leasehold development (in joint venture with Tainui) of one of New Zealand’s largest retail developments in Te Rapa, Hamilton, and Marlin Group on the mixed use Soho development in Ponsonby, Auckland.
