Bradley is a corporate and securities law specialist. He is experienced in transactional matters and is at the forefront of Chapman Tripp's financial services regulatory practice.

Bradley has particular expertise in the regulatory environment for banks and other major financial services market participants.  He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and listed company transactions.

Bradley has written a number of articles on company and securities law, financial services regulation and stock exchange listing rules issues.
