She also advises banks and receivers on the restructuring and enforcement of distressed assets.

the lenders on bilateral facilities and intercreditor arrangements relating to Genesis Power Limited
an international syndicate on the financing and security arrangements for a telecommunications group operating in the Pacific
the syndicate of lenders to Goodman Property group on facility and security documentation and on their intercreditor/security trust arrangements, and
the receivers of a number of finance companies on the work out and restructuring of their property and development lending.
