Corina advises clients including, banks, fund managers and KiwiSaver scheme providers on the Financial Markets Conduct Act (FMCA) and its implications for their businesses.
Corina joined Chapman Tripp in 2016 from Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong, where she gained extensive experience in institutional and corporate banking across a wide range of products. She specialises in cross-border asset financing, with a particular focus on aviation finance transactions. During her time at Standard Chartered Bank, Corina represented the bank on industry forums including the Hong Kong Association of Banks.
She is currently seconded to AMP.

- banks and fund managers on the transitioning of governing documents under the FMCA regime
- clients on the FMCA and associated regulations and guidance, and
- on the impact of anti-money laundering laws.
