Fiona specialises in corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, construction and procurement contracts, joint venture arrangements and securities law.
Fiona advises a variety of companies and other commercial entities across a broad range of industries and also has an in-depth knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
