Frank is a partner in our corporate & commercial team focusing on mergers & acquisitions, corporate & commercial law advice, financial market transactions and public policy.
Frank has had a lead role in some of New Zealand’s largest commercial transactions and in his public law/government relations capacity he has been involved in significant commercial law reform. He advised on the formation of New Zealand’s largest corporate, the establishment of a number of international joint ventures, and has acted on a variety of corporate transactions including takeovers, capital raisings, mergers, and corporate restructurings. Frank has advised both the New Zealand Government and private sector on regulatory design and impact across a number of sectors, and the Government of Tonga and the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia on various industry reforms.
