Nicki specialises in corporate & commercial law with particular expertise in commercial property and real estate.
Prior to rejoining Chapman Tripp, Nicki worked in London as an in-house legal adviser for multinational telecommunications operator T-Mobile and for English law firm Bevan Brittan LLP.
Recent experience
Nicki has advised:
- on the sale and purchase of commercial and rural properties by way of private treaty and tender for various clients including Silver Fern Farms, OnGas and Landco
- PGG Wrightson, Brookfield Multiplex and Kathmandu on general leasing matters
- Meridian Energy on the terms of various agreements including a prototype development agreement and alliance agreement for the development of an infrastructure asset
- on the sale and purchase of businesses and general corporate matters for various clients including Market Gardeners Limited, and
- Waimakariri Irrigation on its property rights.
