- tax issues in relation to the sale of an iconic New Zealand business for $600m
- tax aspects of a recent Kauri Bond issue, and
- new legislative developments, including advice on optimising depreciation claims for a listed property investment company in light of the new fit-out rules and advice on the new GST zero-rating rules for transactions involving land.
