- Mighty River Power on all aspects of its proposed IPO under the government’s mixed ownership model
- Goldman Sachs JBWere on the establishment of three private equity funds and several investments and divestments of New Zealand and Australian businesses by those funds
- GE Fleet on its acquisition of Custom Fleet (NZ)
- Mighty River Power on the establishment of a 100MW geothermal power station at Kawerau
- Westpac on the sale of AGC to GE Capital and its purchase of BT Financial Group, and
- Lenovo Group on its acquisition of IBM’s personal computing division in New Zealand.
