Teresa specialises in environmental, planning and climate change law.
Teresa acts for both private and public sector clients on a broad range of planning and environmental law matters. Her experience in the UK and at Chapman Tripp includes advising on major projects (including land transport, water and large commercial developments), regulatory issues, and on the planning and environmental due diligence.
Teresa also advises on climate change issues, including emissions trading, energy efficiency, low carbon development and renewable energy. Teresa's international experience includes advising the UK Government (as a policy consultant) on the implementation of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme.

Teresa's experience includes:
- planning, environment and compulsory purchase issues for large development and infrastructure projects
- advising on environmental regulation, including waste and water issues, emissions trading and energy performance of buildings, and
- planning and environmental due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions.
