Critical work for economic outcomes

Chapman Tripp has a long history in developing New Zealand’s infrastructure.  We know how challenging different objectives and constraints can be.  And we know how to reconcile them so industry can move forward quickly.

We work in energy, telecommunications, ports, road, rail, water, waste and air.  The work we do is wide-ranging – substantial construction projects, regulatory advice, joint ventures, project financing, industry consolidation and land acquisitions.

We bring fresh thinking to the unique issues of each project.  Whether drafting enabling legislation or new forms of contracting we’ll help realise your project on time and on budget.
