Chapman Tripp is named as the market leader in New Zealand legal services, winning NZ Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Asia-Pacific Awards.
This is the third time the firm has won the award in the last five years.
“Chapman Tripp continues to offer a leading service across the New Zealand legal market,” Chambers said of the firm’s win.
“Its acclaimed capability in transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution practice across corporate, financing and development projects ensures it is consistently engaged on market-leading matters.
“Its client base includes major international investors into New Zealand, for instance advising the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in relation to its NZD580 million investment into Waiheke Inc.”
Held in Hong Kong, the awards recognise the work of law firms in the Asia-Pacific, based on research conducted by Chambers. They also pay tribute to notable achievements of law firms in the past 12 months, including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.
The awards were held at Eaton House, Central, Hong Kong on February 1. They follow a strong performance by Chapman Tripp in the Chambers league tables.
