'"As far as the firm is concerned I rate their technical skills highly across the board. I have always been impressed by their younger solicitors. They have a deep "bench" and clearly select and train very well. They are not cheap but they are competitive and you do get top quality advice. They are obviously a New Zealand firm but I have worked with them advising offshore parties doing inbound M&A and found them to be responsive and sensitive to offshore clients' needs."'

'Chapman Tripp maintain a flexible practice advising receivers, accountancy firms and banks. The team has two full time partners and five who cross over with other practice areas. Michael Arthur continues to lead the practice and having been involved in one of the more substantial deals of recent years, the South Canterbury Finance collapse, his experience is invaluable to the team.'
