Jeryl-lynn Govender, Corporate & Commercial, Auckland
Jeryl-lynn advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on capital raisings, business acquisitions and general commercial law. Her experience includes advising New Zealand and offshore clients on acquisitions, property syndications and commercial contracts.
David Neild, Litigation, Wellington
David specialises in commercial disputes including mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings. He advises a range of leading New Zealand businesses, including those in the mining and primary industries sectors. He has extensive experience in the District, High Court and Court of Appeal.
New senior legal advisor
Guy Grant, Property, Auckland
Guy advises on leasing, acquisition and disposal activities, as well as property due diligence for corporate acquisitions and disposals, and property finance transactions. He has experience in commercial conveyancing, property finance, due diligence, leasing and licensing, and overseas investment applications for New Zealand land.
