Chapman Tripp is pleased to announce the promotion of three new senior solicitors in our Wellington and Auckland offices. The appointments were effective from 1 September 2018.
New senior solicitors
Stephanie Gray – Corporate, Auckland
Stephanie advises on a broad range of contract and commercial law matters with a focus on privacy, intellectual property and regulatory work. Her experience includes advising clients across a range of industries on their general contractual arrangements including licensing and compliance with privacy laws.
Tom Jemson – Corporate, Wellington
Tom specialises in corporate and commercial transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and securities law. He has experience advising New Zealand and offshore clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, capital raisings, corporate governance and the overseas investment regime.
Kate Rouch – Litigation, Wellington
Kate is a senior solicitor in Chapman Tripp’s Wellington litigation team. Kate provides advice to government and commercial clients on multiple types of litigation claims including natural disaster insurance, contractual disputes, debt recovery and professional liability insurance.
