Chelsea's areas of interest and experience are litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations. Recent highlights include assisting with a series of class action litigation in the High Court, assisting with Supreme Court appeals for a variety of clients and assisting a New Zealand-based entity respond to a Commerce Commission investigation into alleged cartel activity.
