David is a senior solicitor in the Wellington litigation team, specialising in commercial litigation, often with an international focus.
He is experienced across a range of commercial disputes including mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings and advises a range of leading New Zealand businesses, including those in the mining and primary industries sectors.
David practised in Blenheim for five years before joining Chapman Tripp in 2017. In Blenheim, David gained broad general litigation experience, including in civil, family and criminal law. David has extensive experience in the Family and District Courts, as well as appearances in the High Court and Court of Appeal in civil litigation proceedings.
