David specialises in the structuring of commercial transactions and taxation law, with a focus on corporate and international taxation.
David has a proven track record of over 25 years of law practice. He was a leader and member of legal and multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects that were delivered on time and to client requirements. He's also been involved in commercial and tax structuring and financing of a wide range of commercial arrangements and their negotiation and documentation.
