David specialises in the structuring of commercial transactions and taxation law, with a focus on corporate and international taxation.
David has a proven track record over 25 years of law practice:
as a leader and member of legal and multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects that have been delivered on time and to client requirements, and
in commercial and tax structuring and financing of a wide range of commercial arrangements and their negotiation and documentation.
