Edwina is a senior associate specialising in tax law.
She advises clients on a wide range of tax matters including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and tax disputes.
Edwina has a special interest in the financial services industry and has advised clients in the banking, insurance, funds management and listed property fund sectors.
She is Chapman Tripp’s representative on the committee for the New Zealand Young International Fiscal Association (IFA) Network. Before joining Chapman Tripp in 2018, Edwina was a senior manager at a Big Four accounting firm.
