Specialising in transactional banking and restructuring, Joshua has particular experience in corporate transactional banking.
Prior to joining Chapman Tripp, Joshua worked in London for global law firm White & Case LLP, (BNP Paribas on secondment from White & Case LLP) and as an executive director for global investment bank Nomura International. His experience across both legal firms and the financial sector means that he can provide commercially-focused cross border advice to clients.
