Natan is a corporate lawyer specialising in financial services compliance and regulatory issues.
He is actively involved in advising clients including banks, fund managers and the trustees of corporate superannuation schemes and restricted KiwiSaver schemes on the Financial Markets Conduct Act (FMCA) and its implications for their businesses.
Natan has experience advising on the full range of legislation affecting financial service providers, including the FMCA, Superannuation Schemes Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act, Financial Advisers Act and Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act.
Natan has advised:
